Payments

Payments are processed securely via Squarespace and its integrated payment providers (including Stripe and PayPal).

We do not store full payment details.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Eyecon is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs or external factors

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund where products are faulty.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
